Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within one week unless the customer is notified by email as to any shortages and/or delays.

To qualify for a return:

  • Proof of Damaged merchandise must be verified/picture
  • 20 days or fewer must have passed since the original purchase
  • The customer must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition
  • Customer must pay for costs of shipping (not refundable). Shipping costs may be deducted from return credit.
